Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management tool, which will give you absolute authority over your email mailbox accounts and newsletters. With this user-friendly user interface, you can create a brand new email mailbox in no time and manage its settings easily. Furthermore, you can forward e-mail messages from one email account to another, finetune e-mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and shield your mail accounts against spam electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your e-mailbox accounts against spam electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesirable electronic mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your email messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for sorting your incoming mail messages based on certain criteria set by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly set up a mail filter for any of your email box accounts and modify the e-mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming mails from one e-mail account to another, or even to several other e-mailbox accounts. Simply choose the electronic mail account you would like to redirect messages from, then specify the destination email mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your choosing to access your mailboxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you wish to set up on your desktop PC or cell phone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail box will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple e-mailbox accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also permit you to easily set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
